Explain the installation of distribution box in detail

The equipment in the cabinet should be cleaned regularly, the wiring terminals should be checked, the switches and contactors should be checked for good condition, and whether there is overheating inside. The sealing performance of the distribution cabinet should be regularly checked to prevent small animals from entering or internal condensation. For areas with large amount of moisture, moisture drive and dryer should be equipped. Check whether the installation position is firm, and do not sway.


Equipment requirements

1. The appearance of the cabinet (panel) body shall be free from damage and deformation, and the paint shall be intact. Internal inspection of cabinet (panel): electrical devices and components, insulating porcelain parts are complete, without defects such as damage and crack.


2. Before installation, check whether the distribution box number is consistent with the installation position, and check the box number and circuit number according to the design drawings. Soft copper braided wire and special terminal shall be used for grounding of box door. The wiring inside the box shall be neat and meet the requirements of design and acceptance code (GB 50303-2002).


Operating conditions

The civil engineering of the installation site of distribution box shall have the basic conditions for the completion of internal painting and the installation of doors and windows. The embedded pipelines and embedded parts shall be cleaned up; the site shall be provided with transportation conditions to keep the road smooth and smooth.

Foundation section steel installation

1. According to the requirements of the drawings, the steel frame shall be fixed, and the prefabricated steel frame shall be placed on the foundation according to the requirements of the drawings. The top of foundation section steel should be 10 mm higher than the plastering ground.

2. Grounding of foundation section steel: after the installation of foundation section steel, the grounding wire shall be firmly welded with both ends of foundation section steel, and the welding surface shall be twice the width of flat steel, and then it shall be reliably connected with cabinet grounding bar. And do a good job in anti-corrosion treatment.


Installation of distribution cabinet (panel)

1. Cabinet (panel) installation: according to the layout of construction drawing, the distribution cabinet shall be placed on the foundation section steel one by one according to the layout of construction drawing. The verticality adjustment of cabinet surface and side can be solved by adding pad iron, but it should not exceed three pieces and be welded firmly. After each cabinet (panel) is in place, the levelness and panel surface deviation of the cabinet shall be adjusted to meet the requirements of construction specifications.

2. The wall mounted distribution box can be fixed on the wall with expansion bolt, but the dovetail bolt or split bolt shall be embedded in the hollow brick or block wall.

3. The installation of distribution box should be embedded in the box, and the panel should be flat with the wall after installation.

4. After the cabinet (panel) adjustment is finished, the cabinet body and the foundation section steel shall be fastened with bolts.

5. Cabinet (panel) grounding: each cabinet (panel) is separately connected with the foundation section steel. Copper wire can be used to reliably connect the PE row in the cabinet with the grounding bolt, and spring washer must be added for anti loose treatment. Each cabinet door shall be reliably connected with PE row with copper braided wire.

6. The top of the cabinet (panel) is connected with the bus bar. Attention should be paid to use the bus matching wrench to fasten according to the requirements, and the contact surface should be coated with neutral Vaseline. When connecting the busbar between cabinets, pay attention to whether the busbar is too close to other devices or shells, and pay attention to the correct phase.

7. Control circuit inspection: check whether the line is loose due to transportation and other factors, and tighten them one by one, and whether the electrical components are damaged. In principle, the control circuit of the cabinet (panel) is calibrated at the time of delivery. It is not necessary to adjust the circuit in the cabinet without permission. If any problem is found, contact the supplier.

8. After the control line is calibrated, each core wire is simmered into a circle, and connected to each terminal board with galvanized screws, eye rims and spring pads. Each side of the terminal board is generally a terminal pressing a wire, which can not exceed two, and eye rims are added between the two wires. The multi strand wire should be rinsed with tin and no broken strand is allowed.
