Structural features

The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet body adopts the general cabinet form, and the frame is made of 8MF cold-formed steel local welding assembly, and has 20 mold installation holes, so the general coefficient is high.

The heat dissipation of GGD cabinet shall be fully considered. There are different numbers of cooling slot holes at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot hole, while the cold air is continuously added into the cabinet by the lower slot hole, so that the sealed cabinet body forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation. According to the requirements of modern industrial product modeling design, GGD cabinet adopts the method of partition ratio to design the cabinet shape and the partition size of each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and fresh. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus line on site. The four corners of the top of the cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping. The protection grade of the cabinet is IP30, and users can choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the environmental requirements.

Structural features

1. The upper part of the cabinet body is the bus room, the front part is the electrical room, and the rear part is the cable incoming and outgoing room. There are steel plates or insulating plates between the rooms to ensure safety.

3. The door of drawer chamber of MCC cabinet is mechanically interlocked with the operating handle of circuit breaker or disconnector. The door can be opened only when the handle is at the breaking position.

4. There are three positions in the drawer of power switch, contact switch and MCC cabinet: on position, test position and off position.

5. The top of the switch cabinet can be installed with a bus bridge according to the power demand.
